Small world ehh..that's pretty cool. If referring to the Mini, you might be able to find a 09 needing a case or enclosure at ebay or market place. You'll have the ability to bump the processor and memory up quite a bit then. You, no like I mentioned before.

LOL - Nice gen 10er !

Yeah, very similar weather here, Ohio. On Saturday I went and bought fertilizer to put down.... I guess tonight is the night to do it.

The patch turned out OK. It shrunk a bit. Might need to put something on to top it.

I was thinking about Bill, AK (also Bill), and Rivers earlier today. Funny you brought that up, Brew.

Just braved the winds and dog$4!t in the backyard, and got the lawn fertilized. It's time to send the kids out with some doggy bags.

EDIT: Just looked at my taskbar and see this

EDIT TWO: I had to straighten this out earlier: https://www.f150forum.com/f6/4wd-not...3/#post7730658

Gen 11+ guys get a little misguided on the Gen 10

IWE was a good thought and convenient but I'll never fix that crap on the SD...it's a big job, poor design and it won't last. What good is it if there's a good chance it won't be there when you need it. I can lock and unlock the hubs the old fashion way. Not totally ideal but at least that won't hurt anyone.

Never had a prob with the gen 10's set up. Except for the vac lines by the battery. But that was an easy fix and it only happened once.

Yeah, I think that is the most common issue on the Gen 10. Only heard of the solenoids going bad once or twice.

I did some reading, and deciphered that this should bond fine to do a skim coat over it. So I did that last night. We'll see how it looks tonight.

I've heard of folks having shift fork, t-case motor, actuator and gem probs with the gen 10 4wd system as well. Guess I was lucky to avoid every one of those.
