Huh, I had Netflix for jeez almost 10 years haven't had that happen yet BUT, I know they remove stuff all the time. A few of my favorites are gone. Never caught in the middle yet though lol, that would suck. I can pick-up the others (what's missing from Nflx) on Hulu or Prime usually. We use Netflix more than the other two. I read Ohios link, I imagine all providers have same problems when licensing ends with some tv series shows/movies.
EDIT Btw white, - I can't recall if Pine Gap was a Netflix original, prob could look it up. If not , you should check it out white, it's a cool little series.
Any other movie providers out there worth a snot... -that you guys like ? Just the 3 AFAIK, - Netflix, Hulu and Prime.
Looks great! I had faith you would get up and running again. You could of just went with Snow Leopard, that's where you'll end up and latest OS you have there. Been meaning to tell you that lol. No big deal, you can do that whenever.
EDIT: Actually, what do have installing Panther ? I know I sent the full disc set of something, I think it was Panther. Well Panther will have hardware test, everything. I'm not sure the Snow Leopard upgrade will. Snow Leopard is a stand alone install, I can't recall if it had HW test though. I believe your topped out w/Snow Leopard on that machine. For now anyway lol.

I do Sling, which has some "on demand" stuff, as well as live TV. I like it
Yea, I don't think there is. Sling sounds sort of like Hulu without on demand. Prime has that on demand, I have a purchased library going there...not much of one.

I got it all installed, and everything I try to do says the OS is too old to ____________________________________. LOL, I think it's telling me I need to upgrade the OS. I'm going to see if I can scrounge up something newer at work, and hopefully get it to install. I installed Chrome, and it said Mac OS was too old as well, and it also wigs out when the mouse hovers over the browser.
I'll see what I can find in the recycle pile, and go from there. Don't think it'll take Mojave?
