As I worked on my Mustang I would occasionally send a note to the previous owner. He was happy to see it went to someone who would take as good care of it as he would have. The last update a couple years ago was after I installed the Vortech. I got a thumbs-up reply.

Went to top off the coolant reservoir... was hard to tell when it was full, thought the outside was just extra dirty.... NOPE that's on the inside lol

Guess l try to siphon out the coolant, take the reservoir off and clean it... fun

Whooooa.... has it been a spell since you changed it?

Can't tell if that is silver or black. Possibly some metal fragments? Have you ever put anything like Bars Leaks in it?

Possibly the 50/50 mix was with tap water? Looks like calcium in there too.

I didn't think it's been THAT long but apparently it has been. I think I drained the coolant for something and then filled it back up with new... but didn't "flush it" and then just thought I flushed it. Yeah back in 2014 my dad talked me into trying it. Just reread one of my old threads (to refresh my memory). Apparently cylinder 4 was pushing bubbles back into the coolant reservoir and we out Bars Stop leak (I believe that was the brand) Haven't had any issues since tho

I don't think I could every be that cheap lol. It's also full syn, so no way for an old modular, it's also 30w. The high mileage stuff or blend in 20w would be a safer bet.

If you referring to "in general", nope, haven't tried it...too picky with the crank juice lol.

It's made by Warren, who is a very well respected company. It also has SN and SN+ ratings..... I think I might give it a go.
