Yes, that is correct. The main wire that goes from the back of the alternator to the starter relay on a Fox does need replaced. The Fox has two smaller wires from the factory that wrap all the way around the radiator core support instead of making a direct shot.... another brilliant idea by Ford. But anyway... not too sure how JP's is set up from the factory, some of the trucks might already be the larger, one wire charge cabling.
Yea I just leave the scraper at 2" on asphalt and concrete as well and it doesn't leave anything behind. I mean , it's not like your fumbling with settings or adjustments all the time.. The blower is heavy. 160 lbs in counter weights on the rear. It's easy to use once set up.
Thrower vs Blade, -both have advantages over one another. 4WD machine, can't beat that. Yea that tractor won't barrel through the snow to good though. Definitely not like that Grizzly can. Have to keep that blower goin lol.

Yeah, the "shoes" on that thing were stamped steel with about 1/4" rolled over. That quickly wore down to the point I was riding on 1/16" wide pieces of metal. I replaced them with 1/4" plate steel, but I almost needed mini skis to not dig into my drive. I just leaned on the handles and picked up the front end a bit to avoid throwing rocks into the yard and woods.
Well, I got the truck up in the air, ready to change the hubs. Both wheels have zero movement, but the left side (which I suspected is bad) makes a clicking sound which does seem to be coming from the hub. Six clicks per revolution, regularly. Doesn't sound like bad bearings to me?
