AMT had a 75-76 ish dent side back in the day- basically the same as the 78, with a different grille-
(i made rear duals and put a flat bed on mine)
and, yes, at 56, i still build occasionally, although my interest is mostly 1/48 scale aircraft now
Nice bear! I have a blackbird model and some small metal model jets. I'd love to get more detailed in to them. Looks good!
Lol... ah yes, w0lvez. He's a damn legend. I remember when he was telling everyone to stop buying motorcraft because it was all knock-off parts now.

Damn Bear. You have a ton more patience than I have. I used to do models, but when I start, it's either finish it now, or throw it back in the box and there it sits. LOL You do nice work.
Thanks, fellers!- those were models i built for contests- usually after building/detailing one of them, i go through a burned out stage and just build out of the box for a while - ive been gathering a few repops of old model cars i had as a kid, but i cant seem to get the grandkids interested- (they are very athletic minded and want to be on the move!)
I usually got to gluing the engine together, and called it quits after that SOB stuck to my fingers. When I got married, I tossed several models that were partially started, LOL.
I've only completed one. It is an actual metal bodied General Lee.
Not bad for half-price, white. (And you didn't have to put it together!)
Had a really nice drive in the Mustang today. All told, about three hours round trip to visit a prospective customer. It was almost exclusively 2-lane county roads (paved, of course), and I just couldn't stop grinning.
Nice! There's a group of Mustangs I used to run with that would make a loop up through Wyoming and come back down the Mirror Lake highway. Seeing this makes me want to do that again. It's beautiful in the fall!
