Lol, right, like I was pointing out, if we had half the salaries of some of these blowhard politicians put in our budget as a group....we could really do some good..

We could solve everything.

Pretty much...

I am mostly on the other end of the spectrum.... as in, "why don't you do this the more efficient way". There are so many people that will nurse along a poor effort in machine setup instead of doing it right the first time. It may have taken them 5 extra minutes to do it correct, but instead run 50% efficient so we can save those 5 valuable minutes.... doing the company "a favor" by saving that time too.

When you work commission or for yourself, every bit saved puts money back in your pocket. What you save by doing it right the first time is money saved down the road in my book.

Those are sweet. I'm going to get the Milwaukee variant soon to match my drill and 1/4" impact.

I thanked the one above for change orders on many occasions. When you bid a job by the foot, you have set way to do it which works out to be the best way for all party's. However, whether your working to appease a Super or a Homemowner, they have their way or like adding things in. I found the easiest way to deal with this is through a change order. Throw the contract out the window, - do it their way, but the project will have to be for time and material from here on out. Have to do it that under most circumstances of this nature...if you want to stay in business. You can only give so much.

Anyway, that's what whites post reminded of. Making ends meet one way or the other.

I have a feeling air tools are going to be obsolete in the very near future. The compressor will be derated to an oversized blow tool. Hell as it is, I use the blow gun more than anything else lol.
