Muratic acid, diluted. Like I said, it works well, just kills clear coating. It's better than paint remover on our wheels. lol

 

Yep won’t go on my 03 chrome rims but these are old turbines for the Highboy... no clear or polish on these

 

1977-78 yep, the weather service called it a 100 year blizzard- it literally shut down the whole town down here for about a week!
Then we got a couple of April snows that caught everyone with their guard down- one in 87, and one in early 90's-they didnt last, but man they dumped a boat load!

 

Yea, I recall riding in the truck looking up at the snow banks on both sides of the road, lots of snowmobile traffic. Folks were using sleds to commute for awhile lol. I also recall having a nice sled when I was a kid and back then, dang sister mad e a habit of tying her horse to one of the skies. Horse got spooked, tore the hell out of the sled. There went my transportation for awhile
Had to resort to a 3 wheeler and a little dirt bike lol.

Well Brew and Aragon, wasn't that a wild ride this morning on the 246 thread. I'm still trying to figure out what we could of done to appease this guy. He was out for blood from the second post. Oh well, I didn't see him having any information, and it wouldn't bring up his posting, so I think maybe the Mod, popped him in the nose. If so, TY MR MOD.

 

Yeah elfricate killed the thread after he cussed me out for mentioning that the bold was hard to read. I tried being nice and give him what I thought the problem was. Oh well, maybe he'll calm down and post a more rational thread............
