I think only the UK planes and tanks get water heaters.
Fighters don't get them though. Something about spilling hot tea everywhere while doing negative Gs.

They call them kettles though.

New info,
The US has been including a "Heater, Water & Rations" in most of it's vehicles for a while now.

Was the dryer a casualty of the power issues as well?
