Thinking
That's exactly what I was just thinking... "I hope this isn't an act of terrorism". Not too sure we want TSA involved with ships and boats too.

I can't even think how much this will cost.
You have the clean-up, the reconstruction, and the economic hit to the area.
Longer commute times equal more gas = money.
Six cars located by sonar under water. Only two people alive from fallen section of bridge.
Not a busy time of day and the bridge had been warned minutes before and closed to traffic before collision. The cars in water just had not gotten off bridge yet.
Back in the old days I went across that bridge often to go to Sparrows Point Bethlehem Steel facility.
It was a toll bridge with lots of signs to stop traffic if needed.

AK - Good to see you pop in! Not sure how much snow I've had here, but it's safe to say you have me beat! (60" or so if I had to guess?)
Whitey - I really appreciate all the filter cutting and evaluation. The three 820's I picked up recently are all the "non-dimpled" drive. I may just return them and go with Purolator or Wix. Shame on Ford/Motorcraft for switching to such a poor facsimile.
It's a darned good thing that shipping accident happened at 1:30 AM instead of 1:30 PM! Wow!
