I've been trying to order a damn alternator from Rock Auto, but it keeps getting stuck at this screen. Anyone else getting this too? LOL



EDIT: Finally went... an alternator at the wrecking yard is 45 dollars, a bearing kit is 30.... but I found this one on RA as a closeout for 48. No brainer.



The used price..... Plus another 2 to get into the yard, actually.

 

Since we recently spoke about dryers.... last night the Maytag belt gave up on me. It's the original, so it gave me some great use. I bought a belt and roller kit for it on Amazon because it could get here next day. It got here an hour ago, and it's running its first load right now.

For 20 bucks.... I am very impressed.

 

I've replaced those once in this lifetime.
