Loaded shotgun shells.
Manicotti noodles stuffed with sausage and cheese, then wrapped in a piece of bacon.
I sprinkled some BBQ rub on the top of them, molasses and brown sugar based.
Then @ 275° in the smoker for about 2 hrs. then pull them and brush them with BBQ sauce and back in for another 1/2 hour.

And you can stuff them with just about anything.

This is my 1st try at them, but here are some other peoples finished pics.

My ongoing keyboard saga... I sent it into Dell for a repair. They put a new keyboard in (which I'd already done) and returned for $88. So far I haven't had any double-strikes, but the day is young. Fingers crossed....

$88 for a keyboard? Is it gold plated?

That's with shipping both ways and labor... I thought it was a deal (if it worked).

The black XJ at 12:07 is my Buddy's old Jeep that he built. It's a mean SOB... it has a stroked 4.0 to a 4.6, and it's pretty rowdy. This is down at Sand Hollow, BTW.

The host of the show, Scott, is my Buddy's friend. He is the guy that bought his XJ.

A couple of pics of it before we took it to Scott when he bought it.

So, I froze my azz off tonight draining and refilling the cooling system. Refill #1 with H20 and cleaner took 3 gallons. #2 with H20 took 3 gallons. #3 also 3 gallons. Drained, added AF, and 2.33 gallons is all it would take. Need to do some math, but it's too late for my brain right now. I'm likely going to need to buy another gallon of concentrate, drain about a gallon of the mix that's in there, then have a half gallon+ left over.
