I did it. I always use my garage door to align them.

Nah, it knows it's always number one in my heart.

Frankie was my chariot to work today. I had a goal to drive it to work "painted" by the end of September. LOL... I cut it close.

Also remembered this morning that Frankie needs ball joints still.

Do you have a garage? If so, try putting the vehicle in the garage. The floor is flatter there.

Utah has no safety inspections I assume?

Yeah, but not 20ft between headlights and wall (or a flat wall, for that matter).

Anyone care to throw their opinion out there of the 11th gen 3v's and if they are really as bad as people say? I found a 2010 with 90k miles, with maintenance records and thinking about it. I thought for sure I didn't want a 3v but they really cheap. I have done cam phasers and broken spark plugs before; neither job seemed too bad.

At work we had (and still have one) 3V in F150s. Company does very good maintenance.
Never had much issues with trucks. Never cam phasers. Mostly heard about spark plugs and transmissions.
We still have one with over 400,000 miles on original, never opened 3V. It's a 2005 and it's assigned to engineering to go out to jobs when needed. It has had a trans rebuild.

Now the 2V Econolines they had. Absolutely never a problem.

Also, Looks like from the radar and local weather readers the storm will be gone by tomorrow morning. But other weather reports say rain all day.

2008 plus...no more spark plug issues. Half way through 2007 they finally put an end to that.

It goes against common sense, but I am 100% in the use of Kroil on the plugs, sitting overnight, and using my little Snap On 3/8" impact for removal.
