I got a piece of Sears though, the battery in the 98 was purchased at Sears, one of their old mall stores.

Used the 98 just a few weeks ago to hall brush to the burn pile, after sitting all winter. Had the jumper cables on the ready but didn't them. Reconnected the battery, it turned slow but fired at the last second.

The falls of Craftsman and Radio Shack are two true American tragedies.

Really was irksome when you wanted a diode or such and the new young clerks thought "component" was a stereo receiver. Too bad the Gov't didn't bail them out, too. haha

LOL, yeah. I actually had a friend that I met that worked there. Me and my Buddy taught him a lot about electronics, and it helped him out there. We became friends because, you guessed it, he had an 84 GT.

I still have stuff from The Shack. I have an Optimus EQ still... My RCA cables in The Eight Nine say "Archer" on them, LOL. I've been using those for 25+ years, and they still work fine.
