I got in on trying to name Ed's Rokon. I put "The Claim Jumper" in the hat.

Yep, 3/16 HB,masonite or paneling because of it's flexibility. As long as you have blade depth adjusted correctly (so it cuts further back), the weight of the saw will keep it pressed tight enough to the door to avoid splintering.

Oops, scratch paneling, - use hard board/masonite. As Bucko posted, taping is good as well.

this really makes me feel old at work now( I turn 32 this year)

we have a lot of new hires at work, lot of younger people..who learned about columbine and 9/11...as a history event not a current event

i can still tell you exactly what i was doing on 9/11 minute by minute
