I assume the wheel is leather, so some leather dye and Lexol conditioner might be a solution. (I'd consider using a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser first to remove skin oils and any protectants the P. O. (s) may have applied.) If that doesn't work, maybe this?
Good morning thinkers!- Cool idea!- i like it!!
The taters suggested a Raptor heated steering wheel!
I didnt know if any one had used a leather, vinyl, cloth paint and how it come out.
Ill try something before i change out a steering wheel!
You thinkers have a great weekend!
Well, I finally got my 98 clockspring so I can now put the ends on my 99 up Gator clockspring and have my radio be controlled by steering wheel for Blue. I finally found a guy who went and cut them off for me, and now I'll put it all together this weekend. Not in blue. That would be too much for me, lol, all at once. I'll just get the c/s ready for warm weather. Supposedly Sunday we get over 40 for a long time it shows. Finally. Maybe this ice will melt so I can get my Mustang out of it. Front tires are frozen past the rim bottom, and I have 50 series tires. Fairly deep ice.
56° and sunny is forecast for tomorrow, and the mud should be gone at the end of the drive, so I just might have to see if the Mustang still runs like I remember!
Does anyone have opinions on 6" light bars. I know everything not named rigid is basically the same Chinese pos just rebranded... but are there any decent brands out there? Willing to spend a little more if its worth it but yeah no way am I dropping the coin on rigids. I have cheap ones on my 03. Resealed them both when I bought them and they work decent but definitely arent great, also one still leaked in moisture. Looking to get some worthwhile lights for under the rear bumper on my new truck. If no one has any strong opinions Ill just keep buying cheap ones and replacing them as they go bad... can probably do that for 10 years and still be cheaper than rigids.
What goes bad is the drivers in them. Either heat or getting wet is usually what takes them out. I am a huge fan of the Cree LED's. My eBay Chinese lights with Cree's are still going strong.... probably had them behind the grille for 5 or 6 years now.
Took the old girl out for a little jaunt tonight.... only took it to about 5000 rpm's between shifts, but man does she like to go!
Finally put some license plates up, and other stuffs. I gotta start getting moar states though. All I got is Utah and Alaska.... bet you can't guess where I got the Alaska? The 855 HJN was the original plate that I had on The Eight Nine. My new plates should be here in a week or two.
LOL.... I found this movie on eBay and ordered it. It's a horrible movie, so why did I order it? I was in it. Only for about 20 seconds, as I recall. I'm going to get it converted to digital. It was only released on VHS.

2100 - I've seen decent things said about Lifetime LED's on the Grizzly forum I used to frequent. I, too, have the Chinese cheapies as aux reverse lights. They've been in place for a few years, but one of them occasionally decides to light only half the LED's. If I didn't already have a spare to throw in (one if these days) , I might consider trying a set of THESE.
White - I didn't know you were a movie star before YouTube!

That explains it, I knew I've seen your face somewhere before.
