Speaking of.... made myself feel really stupid yesterday. I have been doing a crap ton of CAT6 lately, and I had a connection issue on one of our systems..... Turns out I completely reversed the RJ45 connector. Made for a nice DOH! moment. Must have been sidetracked when I was doing that one, lol.
The Wifi works okay, streaming via ethernet was the problem and isolated to that Vizio only. Freezes, distorted picture and low bandwidth problems became frequent, but like I said, just this TV. We are now streaming through a samsung blue ray, same year model in fact and using the TV as just a display and everything seems to be fine again. If it stays that way, It must be the interface or internal. It's not the firmware, so they say and it isn't a speed problem. Sort of a last ditched effort before pulling the back off.
Hell.... maybe I came and wired that for you? LOL. I always use 568B.... and sometimes I reverse it, hahahaha
True confessions... LOL. I just flipped the RJ45 connector upside down when I put it on. Got a little complacent that day.
Just found a stand a couple miles up the road from me for 60 bucks. Comes with a Mopar 360 block..... not sure WTH I'll do with that.
Well, I've done that too, years ago. Recently, no. Since I don't wire them often, I keep a picture and a dummy in the box for eyeballing just before fitting. It's easy to get them flipped around. Have you wired gel filled yet, -
Huh, plenty strong enough and it's 360. Curious how good the lock is. Probably good enough. Surprised you didn't look there first white, HF is usually good for that kind of stuff.

LOL. - Burnt the toast playing with the 3D this morning. The TV came with a box of glasses, just never used the feature. The blue ray is 3D as well. I recall goofing around with the features after purchasing years ago, but that's as far as went. Well, now I don't whether to keep it 3D or 2D lol. Anyway TV features revisited lol.
I also noticed the processing power is much quicker through the Samsung blue ray vs the same year Vizio (2014's if I remember right), almost as quick as the Vizio 70 in the living room. Man, I keep thinking it's just a firmware problem. Firmware is automated, no way to manually trigger a wipe and replenish in case of corruption. No update program. The blue ray has that capability, did that awhile ago, last year sometime and worked out the bugs.
Anyway, done fooling around the thing...I'll make a note not to ask you any wiring questions white lol.
I paid 50 for it all, and I'll probably make money on this deal. The stand is brand new. Also got the 1973 360 block, crank, flat top pistons, rods..... Guaranteed I'll get my money back at the very least. He was selling it as a 360 with a stand, not vice versa, lol.
