Well guys, 65 bucks, 2 trips to the salvage yard and one deep cut in my finger and the window has been replaced.

One member on the 12th gen side posted a badass write up on replacing the window, and it helped a lot.

All the glass I was cleaning today and I managed to cut myself removing the speaker lol. I had to take 2 trips to the salvage yard because they gave me super duty glass the first time. They didn't have the right glass in stock and called over to another yard that had one. Told the other shop to bill them for the directly. It actually worked out in my favor since the F150 glass was quite a bit more expensive. Was pretty happy they made things right without having to get too irritated with them.

The window I got was not tinted, so I just pulled the tint off the other front window to match since I don't have the money right now to get it redone.

Now for the best part. I saw one of my neighbors down the road outside and decided to stop and talk to him. Turns out he has some pretty decent security cameras and he caught some pics of the truck they drove up in!

Looks like a 97-98 F150 SCAB, gold or brown in color. Looks like it has the factory 17s, no level and maybe some damage to the rear bed on drives side from a blowout. What do you guys think?

Great! Still a damn hassle and now that thief has drew blood. I would watch Craigs List and e Bay for awhile since both give you location of the items. I don't know how expensive those things are but to get a good one (worth a snot) it cost good money.

Those thieves must think because a person seems to have more, they must be wealthy and it's not a big deal to replace for us. What they don't realize or care about is we are living in accordance to our means, providing for our family the best way we can. Most of us don't come by this stuff easy. Insurance deductible's are too high to claim these things as well.

I will be keeping a lookout for the radar detector but I'm far from hopeful. Mine was between 200-300 bucks, but I traded a buddy of mine a truck toolbox for it that I got for free so it really wasn't a loss. Just pisses me off, that thing was my eyes at night.

And yes, it sucks to be targeted especially after taking such a significant pay cut at work and having to really pay attention to my finances to get by without losing all the things I've worked so hard for over the years.

Iduno, the style of the body molding looks to be from an older Ford, -9th gen. Chrome w/thick black stripe. Looks like some body damage for sure. Damn, I should install a couple Sec cameras. I don't think it's that expensive to do.

Look at the front bumper and the location of the fog lights. Also the concave shape of the door near the bottom is why I think it's a 97-98 10th gen.

A good system that shows good quality night vision and with ability to save to DDR will run a couple hundred bucks. We installed a few at work after bossman's race trailer was broken in to. Dip****s showed back up for the RV. Saw them plan as day. Wven caught the tag on the way out.
