So ran my code reader today and got some new added codes.
P0232 Fuel Pump Secondary Circuit High
P1000 (ignore since the battery was replaced)
B1352 Ignition key in circuit fault
P0500 VSS sensor circuit fault
B1318 Battery voltage level is too low (doesnt make since with the new battery and yes i confirmed new battery is charged and good to go)
B1428 Safety belt lamp circuit failure

So where should I start? any of these related to each other?

B-Codes, - Body ground/module BCM.

Check direct body ground from the battery, also the PCM body ground on the FW by the the battery....to start.

Yea, check ignition switch next.

I agree with Brew, sounds like you've got a bad ground somewhere. Unfortunately, I don't know where.

I saw those bead locks, Brew. Kinda gnarly looking, aren't they?

If you think it is a body ground, just run a second heavy ground wire to the frame and that should fix the ground. I'd also do one by the rear body to make sure you have full grounds, front, and rear.

Off the top of my head, there's 4 body grounds next to the battery by the FW. There's another over there that's body/engine ground. Body/frame is under the passenger side floor pan. There is at least 3 in the cab. Two behind the drivers side kick panel, -one high /one low. One behind the pass side kick panel. If the crank/run module or relay isn't getting ground, these trucks won't run....if shorting, they'll run like shiii lol.

Yea, those bead locks look radical man. Custom made as well. Did you see them get fabbed up ?

You can use jumper cables to check that real quick as well. Jump right from the battery to a clean spot on the FW.

EDIT: That's from battery NEG only btw. That's also after confirming there isn't a body ground or your having trouble finding one with a MM or test light. Thought I better mention that just in case...uknow, so Fordguy don't catch fire lol.

Well wouldnt be too surprising i guess since the rust is starting to over take the truck. I checked the two firewall ground straps and they are solid and the connections look clean. The battery to passenger side frame rail ground strap was solid and the connections looked clean. I of course will take those 3 grounds off and sand the connections but a quick visual says they look good. Are there any other main ground locations I should be checking? *edit* just saw the other posts, ill check those ground straps too.

Also in reference to the ignition switch... I havent found a good way to diagnose if its my problem. Everything im seeing is for a no crank no start problem. My truck cranks, and even sometimes starts and runs for 1-2 seconds.
