Maybe try to scrape it off and then blow it out with air compressor? Bigger socket? Pb blaster? Haha how the f do you have asphalt in a sparkplug hole.

I've tried Blowing with compressor and I bent a pick trying to pull the chunk out. I took the rubber insert out of the spark plug socket and that still wouldn't catch.
I think it's from the road pack at our construction site this week

Dang man, that sounds like no fun. But at least you can do the plugs real easy with the intake off. I'd just be wrestling around with some long fine needle nose pliers to get the asphalt out.

I have tried using a vac with a precision nozzle, air compressor, pick, screwdriver, cable retriever, and now soaking it

But the plug still won't come. I'm having helicoil insert poking in the back of my head....

The plug is probably really overly tight. Try to use a longer ratchet or use a socket and a extension pushed over the end to increase the torque but not the applied force.

I can't even get a socket over it. That's the problem. Tried all different sizes: standard, metric , with/wo the rubber bushing. Nothing will grab it. It not rounded over either
