I have wanted to see real numbers on that one since he got it together. I drove a 12th gen with a 5.0 the other day and it wasn't great enough for me to want the payments. I would however take a 6-speed trans in a heartbeat.

He doesn't wanna put it on the dyno cause the trans had 275k or something like that. Building the trans is the first thing I would do then it would go on the dyno. And yes a 6 speed would be nice

Depending on what 4v Mustang the cams came from it won't make anywhere near 350 to the flywheel.

It's MyFX4Projects truck lol I believe he said they are off a 96 or somewhere around there and yeah I figured that was a little bit of an over estimate.

Nope, they 96-98 cobra NA cams. I believe they are your best oem upgrade on an NA build. I'm guessing he's selling because he was disappointed with the lack of performance

Edit: I believe he CR was slightly raised too.

"I wouldn't say that it's a super fast truck now even with the 4v. It pulls good and I have no trouble accelerating, but at the same time I feel like a rebuilt 2v would feel the same."

His words directly. Definitely a let down

Hey guys, so sadly I'm in the process of getting my old girl up for sale. Yesterday I noticed the ABS light came on. I literally just put brakes on all 4 corners including new rotors and calipers. Any idea what it could be?

one of the speed sensors. Here you have to go to a shop or have your own scan tool.

Yeah but I feel like it would be a way better platform to build of of than a 2v. Plus I want a screw and that's the color I want. And the hassle and expense of building the engine is already done. Plus he said the trans is slipping a little expecially when cold so maybe with a built trans it will feel a little more peppy. I'm not looking for a 600 hp Truck since it will be my daily, but I want a screw and I can't afford a 12th gen so this looks like the best option.

Just clear the code. It most likely won't come back.
