Yep! The Mark VIII us to be the way to go. I don't know anymore, they are a juice hog.

 

Yeah, they take quite a spike to spin up. The Cougar and T-Bird fans are actually identical to the 2 Speed Mark VIII fans. They both use the F3LE-8146-AC set-up. Most guys go in looking for a Mark VIII and don't realize the Cougar and T-Birds are the same.

Somewhere's I've got all of the CFM ratings of these things too.

Is there a home for build threads on here? I'm an Admin on Blue Oval Fanatics, and I've got a couple build threads going over there... but I'd like to copy some of that over here if there's a home for it.
