I did expect that, but I can get all of that to show up on a tuner, other than the speedo. I'm not sure how that will work out.

Ok since you are looking at going one off. How bad would it be to swap over a gauge cluster from a donor? I mean fab and fiberglass could be worth it.

I swear we think the same lol everytime I'm about to post something you always beat me to it lol. But I have seen 2 Broncos and an 11th Gen with a full 12th gen interior swap and I know there is a 10th gen with an 11th interior so it's definitely possible and has been done before. I don't think it would be that bad just to swap over the gauges. If it were me I would completely pull out everything except for the wiring for the Windows and stuff that didn't have to do with the engine, gauges and Trans and just swap everything including the gauges over from the donor truck

I'm not using a donor truck, I'm using a crate engine. And I want to do this with as minimal expense as possible, so I'm not trying to interior swap. I want the truck to be exactly the same as it is now, just with a 430hp N/A 5.0 under the hood.

I would be tempted to go to the junk yard and pull a cluster from a tenth gen then gut it retro in some new gauges that are independent of the Pcm and one another. So you like get an independent tach and speedo and add them in the Cluster in the place of the stock gauges. I bet you could fit an aftermarket tach, speedo, fuel and engine temp gauge in there. It would definitely be some custom work, but then you don't have to deal with all the computer bull **** just to get the gauges to work

The fuel and speedo are the only things a tuner won't read and display. But idk how these trucks read speed. I was wondering if I could just swap in an analog 97 speedo.

If the small wheel sensor will fit the vss mounting point I think it would work.

I had no idea the crate motors came in at 430hp I was thinking around the 385hp mark.

The 2015-2016 FRPP 5.0 is 430 out of the box, with some good tuning, headers, and an intake, Idk what it could be.
