I've been trying to. Well, tools have been breaking lately. I had a bench grinder bite the dust. So I had to work on that, -ended up tossing it, installed another, but not before making a grinding/wheeling station in a corner of the shop.

It's been cold, - so I set up a make shift heater...so far I've only puked twice because of the fumes.

Then my favorite Jigsaw broke (a little D-handle Bosch), - that kept me busy finding parts.

So yea, had good intentions about working on the truck in the cold, - but that didn't fly...shiii happens.

Ain't gonna be throwing boost at it for a long time and when I do it won't be an over the top set up.

I hate when my fav tools bite the dust. Had an old makita circular saw tear up this summer , that thing was like 25 years old.

I really like boschs jig saws and compound miters. Good stuff

Yea, I still use an old 10' Makita Miter Chop saw about that old, - yep 25 years is about right. I replaced the brushes in it once since I owned it. I bet you know the one I'm referring to. It's Blue like your circular lol. It's not a compound miter, but it seems like I've had the thing for ever. The stickers are just now beginning to peel off lol. I've had a 13 amp Milwaukee circular saw for that long as well. I really don't use that one anymore. A bout 5 years ago I upgraded to a 15 amp Milwaukee Circular, - love that thing.

I use an old Crapman table saw quite a bit. That's a cheapy, - broken up plastic base, that's just as old. The bearing is starting to go in it, it's squealing pretty bad, irritating in fact lol. So been looking at table saws here and there. Mannn, they're sure are some nice ones out there now a days. Could drop 4 or 500 easy on one. But some of those old tools were made very well, paid themselves off years ago. Have an old PC Tiger saw that's up ther in age, - still bad ***, can't forget about that one lol.

Yeap it's an old light blue color. Looks faded actually. Really good saw. Haha I bet we had the same table saw too. Mine was a pos, the guides on the table were super flimsy and I could never get the rails to line up. I think I would have had better luck with Skil

I am with you in the Milwaukee stuff. Especially reciprocating saws. I had a new dewalt I was using to cut off some plywood and shingles to replace part of a roof and the motor burnt up. They replaced it with no questions but about 3 weeks later the plastic handle grip snapped.

Now I have a 12 amp Bosch recip saw and love
It. Built and handles much better.

I haven't had a chance to try any of the new brushless drills out. All mine are 18 and 36v li-ion with brushes. They work great, just have to keep them out of the weather.

I've been using the 20V DeWalt brush-less for about 1 or 2 years now...Can't complain. Thought I was going regret not going with the Milwaukee cordless again. That DeWalt is so light and tiny, thought I would broke it by now, I'm hard on drills lol. That thing has hit the concrete so many times I lost count, no problems so far. A budy has trhe Milwaukee, that's a little beast as well, they've come along way in cordless drills. I don't have my first cordless drill anymore. I have the old metal Makita case it use to be in tho lol.
