Sounds good. Make sure the kit includes everything:
Mini H1 Projectors
H1 Bulbs
Ballasts (you can re-use your old ones probably)
H13 harness
H13 adapter plate

If you buy extra headlights, maybe go for some on Ebay. I did this and they were super easy to get apart. With extra headlights you can take your time too since you wont have downtime on the truck.

Okay. I'll have a look...

Do you have these on your vehicle? If so... Do you have to run screws through the reflector cone for the mounting and aiming? Better yet... If someone is willing to do this for me, please PM me. Let me know how much, and I will get everything together to make it happen.

I have a different projector in my headlights (FXR). I am putting these Mini H1 into my fog housings this weekend. Screws will not be needed for the Mini, It mounts through the factory bulb hole. I'd maybe hit it with some epoxy just to ensure it doesn't come loose though.

That's all? No extra holes, screws, anything? Just a new set of H1 bulbs for my kit, and take the housings apart to mount it? The projector just camps in the H13 hole? Really?

I'll take some pictures of the process with my fog housings, it would be the same procedure in the headlights. Yes the projector just camps in the hole. The rear of the projector is threaded so you stick it through the bulb hole on the housing and bolt it on the from the back side. Its really that simple.

You will also need a H13 bixenon harness from TRS so the projector high beam will work.

You can see pictures of the back of the projector here:

Damn, now I have no excuse not to retrofit.

You know if there is any difference between the H1 and D2S versions besides the bulb options? Is there any reason it'd be worth the extra $25 for D2S?

The projector has an actuated sheild, the bulb stays on and the sheild moves to make it low or high.

OOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHH..... Gotcha!

So... The shield is powered by...what? I have a DDM HID kit in the stock housings. What would stay, and what would go?
