Its been about 6 weeks now still waiting called over and over....we need more places to tune us

 

Their response to customers is not satisfactory at all... Ive heard stories and thought I wait it out but I hear other guys can give you custom tunes in days...

 

I ordered mine in march, good thing I paid for it all or else I would feel bad about waiting (sarcasm)

 

Don't waste your money, his tunes are crap...I bought 3 and that was the biggest waste of $180. I bought a 93 Perf, 93 Tow, and 93 economy...all of them "fall on their face" when you go to pass someone!

I ended up buying a 93 "moderate" performance tune from VMP...waaay better than 5stars.

I read such good things about PHP that I figured I'd give them a try too....didn't think I'd be waiting 3 months for ONE tune!

 

I've ordered in April but I can't blame them... I had 2 edge CS programmers die on me and it required me to change my serial number 3 times now... I'm waiting on my tunes now but I haven't been able to get a hold of them for about 2 weeks of trying daily...
I'm now too scared to mess with my CS at this point because this programmer would die when I disconnected it. Even after multiple successful disconnects and reconnects it would just suddenly die...... Has this happened to anybody else?... I'm on my 3rd CS now and Im currently running the tow tune which I love, but whatever could go wrong, did, TWICE! So Im almost too afraid to rock the boat at this point.

I do want to add that edges customer service has been great with rushing me a new CS each time.

 

I've been waiting on ONE tune since early May.....invoice date was set for June 11. Even got an email response from Bill himself on the 13th saying that it would be ready to go by THAT Friday.
Well here I am 3 weeks later, still NO tune!

 

Was supposed to see mine 2 weeks ago and still nothing.... I'm calling tomorrow to see what's up if I get through...

 

??? No i ordered my tune on april 3rd and waited just under two months then called and got them to upload it right then so it seems to me like they just let the tunes sit if they forget to upload and dont care until you call asking about them you know i dont know but everywere i see 90% of people dont get tunes till they call so yea if i get another tune im calling ha i didnt want to seem like an *** but then i remembered i payed money for something and i deserved to know whats goin on so yea.

 

By the way that was about 3-4 weeks ago now so yea if im getting mine before some who ordered before id call asap i wasnt rude at all either just asked them about my tunes and then bill got on and got my serial number for my sct since i originally ordered for edge and i had the tune like 2 hours later in email so yea i like that better than the edge has to go through pegasus because i dont have to get a hold of them if i mess something up just reupload it to my sct

 

Not to justify it at all, but from my understanding php is a very small outfit and if I remember reading correctly on another board, the main tuners wife is VERY sick right now battling some serious issues. Not an excuse for utter lack if response but if I was in that boat, try to have a little patience when you s tally get ahold of them, then again, if I was in that boat I'd just stop accepting orders until through it.
