Same thing happened with company called Bana Chips few years ago before American Muscle bought the name. Single owner/operator named Doug who was widely regarded as one of the best custom tuners there was for Mustangs, right up there with Jon Lund. Stuff happened in his life, marriage or sickness, and his responses to tunes and orders got further and further apart until stuff finally just wasn't shipped at all and zero responses. Ended up closing shop even after whatever the problem was fixed cause he spent years building a very successful business but destroyed it in 4 months but not responding to customers. Truly hope that won't be the case with PHP, the more solid custom tuners there out there, the more options for our customers!

Just got a chance to get on Facebook and check out PHP... They seem to be actively supporting facebook and have alot to say about customers being impatient.. Maybe less time on facebook and more time writing tunes perhaps..
It doesn't matter what the reason is, that's horrible customer service. If it was me I would call my credit card company and do an immediate charge back. Credit card companies don't put up with charging customers and not delivering a product. The only way this idiot will get the message is when it effects his wallet. Sad but true. If you have nothing but time then wait, but for everyone else I would find another tuner.
