Has anyone dealt with PHP lately? I've been waiting to pull the trigger on the gryphon or sct, but don't won't the problematic waiting that I've seen from a few people on this forum from PHP.

I'm just wondering what the turn around time is for getting custom tunes atm. I emailed them over 4 days ago with no response, so it doesn't look to promising...

HAHAHA...yeah you wont get an email response back..consider yourself extremely lucky if you do. Me and another member on here TxCustoms89 are waiting for our tunes right now...I ordered mine April 4th and Texas ordered his a couple days after me. We are both still waiting. We both ordered custom 87 performance tunes for our Edges that we already had. So our tunes are just emailed to us and then downloaded through their software once they finish. We left messages on the PHP facebook page and they responded to both of us and said the tunes were done but needed to be uploaded onto their software so we can download them. Doesnt sound that hard/time consuming but I have no idea. That was sunday night they told us they are done and 2 full days went by and nothing yet. So I (we) am/are sitting on 7 weeks when they said 4-6 weeks. I guess it isnt that off of their time estimation but it is getting kinda ridiculous now. I hope it is going to be worth it!

They are extremely hard to get a hold of but I hear their stuff is worth the wait. I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt for now.

 

Shot ya a PM. Im not able to offer custom tune at the moment but I can get you a heck of a deal on a SCT unit!

 

Might want to do the same to TxCustoms89. He wants to get an SCT and then compare the 2 tuners. He is leaning towards the SCT I think.

I sent them a email about 2 months ago never got a Responce so I sent 1 a day for a week then I got a Responce

 

That is awesome..(well not really) but atleast they finally responded. They must have been like damn, we should probably respond because this guy is dedicated and wont stop. Atleast they got the hint.

 

I just ordered my Gryphon Sunday, i guess i shouldn't cross my fingers to get it before father's day.

 

With tunres or just the canned ones?
