Thats what I keep hearing, it will be worth the wait for his custom tunes because they blow everyone else's out of the water... It's only been a week so far since I submitted my HEX code so I guess we'll see how long I get to play the waiting game...

 

I posted on the PHP forum about people having trouble getting in touch with them about their order and Corey commented back with this

"Thanks. Our biggest problem, by far, is regarding custom tunes for the CS and CTS, and it's out of our control unfortunately. There have been some ongoing issues with Fusion, and we are trying to work with Edge to make everyone happy.

If you care to pass it around, the best time to get us by phone is T and TH from 9-12, W from 11-2, and F 9-3. We've hired an additional person to help answer phones during those times.

I'm fairly up to date with my e-mails if people would like to contact corey@phptune.com to ask about their custom tunes."

I wonder what the problem is with the Edge Evolution tunes then...haha.

 

Probably spends too much time answering forums and facebook instead of emails and phone haha

 

First come first serve, if he's having problems with others before you he's going to take the time to make it right, not skip over it. Just like when he gets to yours, your tune will have his undivided attention until its ready.

 

Yeah well we will see about that when the time comes.

 

Okay so for all you guys waiting on the Php tunes. Did u already have the Edge tune and then ordered the custom tune?

Or did u get the can and the tune fro php?

 

Haha im guessin thats bs...i see she still posting stuff without answering peoples questions i can understand if its something for a potential customer but she wont answer me either and i emailed her too haha im gonna annoy till i get answered.
