It's weird how much trouble you guys are having and how long it is taking. When I ordered mine the longest I heard taking was 6weeks. They have had some medical issues the past few months so they might be really behind

I was going to order a gryphon or just get customs tunes for an edge but after following this thread I'm having second thoughts. I don't think I want to deal with the hassle with PHP. Are there any other good custom tuners for the edge evolution?

I really wonder sometimes if business realize how much revenue they lose simply by not responding to emails or calls.

Added to the bad rep they may be achieving from word of mouth (hands) by not answering said emails/calls.

I ordered mine awhile a go. Can't remember how long the custom tunes took to get to me, but when I did get them I was happy and so is my wallet on the fuel mileage. I wouldn't want to rush anybody writing a program for my truck, for fear of mistakes. Plus remember their human not machines. It takes as long as it takes.

At the same time if your a business and say things will be done a certain way then do it that way otherwise you are decieving the costoner therefore creating a bad reputation....you can have a great product but if you are not marketing the right way you will be a sinking ship....plus lying to keep from refunds is a big no no.

That may be true but the deception and lack of customer service is unwarranted. No need for it. I'm fine with them taking a year, but I am not fine with being strung along week by week. They just should keep their customers informed better on the length of time it will take. But then again, I am not running PHP so it doesnt matter what I think does it? I feel like they would incur more business if things went more smoothly. However, maybe they are trying to dump business considering the recent drop in products they are carrying. Who knows.
