iPad mini in-dash install
Don't try and use your factory dash trim, buy the Scosche FD1438B dash kit and it will be a smooth finish dash piece and you can do all you filling and sanding and use the textured paint and it will look uniform.
I've started to get the ball rolling on mine. Although I took a pic of my factory raptor grey/black design and sent it to a friend who does wraps... He is going to recreate it and wrap mine for me when I'm done modding. I chose to not make the home button on mine because you can turn on the accessibility mode in the settings on the iPad and create the home button on the screen it's self. No H8 on 2011screw just trying something different!! His is great work tho!!

Yes it will stop playing and take the call and then as soon as you hang up it will automatically start playing the music where it left off.
Awesome!!!! Can't wait to see your progress please make a thread when you start would love to see it as well. Yea the reason I chose to do the home button was the fact that I would have to make sure I slid the unlock swipe as soon as power got to the unit because if not you would not be able to get the the screen again until you power cycled the unit. I use the accessibility option as well for locking my device since my sleep button is hidden. But the accessibility will not help you if your screen is locked and not showing the slide bar. Just wanted to give you something to think about so you don't regret it if you don't. Good luck let me know if you have any questions.
