Engine Cover
It should be level, If you notice when I put it back in place to take the pic 1 on the fuel lines was not tucked in properly. Plus I still need to trim about 1/8 inch off of that right front edge near the chrome, but I broke my last dremel cutting blade. I will fix that.
Hello Ford Truck Brethren! I found this forum last week while I was browsing and looking for an engine dress up kit for my 2011 F-150. I found the kit for the 2011 Mustand GT 5.O and started thinking, "I wonder if this will fit?"...with a little help from the posts and pics from zrx12mike, I was able to make it fit and now my 5.0 looks as evil as it performs. zrx12mike, quick thanks to you bro for putting in the time and effort to figure it out and sharing those pics and info.

zrx12mike, Mike great Job on your cover, I hope you figured out what to do with the heater hose.
GA_dawg88!! Nice Job On placing the cover without any modifications to it. How did you do that? I assume that there are a lot of members that would love to have the same clean engine bay that you got.
turki1985, welcome to the forum, I've been scanning it for about a week but just registered today myself. There's alot of good stuff circulating on here. As far as installing the cover with no mods, it's actually fairly simple. If you go back to page seven you can see all the pics posted from zrx12mike's cover install and they will give you a good idea on how to route the heater hoses, just need a couple feet of 3/4'' hose and some clamps. You can use about 8'' of 11/16'' hose, a splicer and three clamps to extend the vacuum lines, this will allow you to zip tie the lines down to a small eyelet that you should have on the front the front of the driverside cam cover and get them out of the way. Also, like zrx12mike said in one of his earlier posts, an aftermarket cold air intake really cleans up the engine bay foward of the engine and allows the cover to pop in with out any trimming. I installed the AFE Stage II ProDry 5R intake in mine and I love it, it really makes the 5.0 rumble and the throttle responds very well. The whole install took less than an hour for both the intake, coil covers and plenum cover.
