I get as good as 24 mpg, 2012 eco boost, by hypermiling, not as much fun, but saving fuel can be a game

I'm doing about 50 mile trips everyday and getting about 17.5 (4x4 3.55 screw). I only have about 1,300 miles on the truck. How long does it take these trucks to loosen up?

My cruising MPGs at 70 are 19.5 to 19.8 and every tank average has been 18.1 or greater. I got a half tank of E85 yesterday and I am 80 miles into the tank now with 25 miles around town and 55 on the freeway. My cruising MPGs are down now holding at 18.3 to 18.5 at 70. The motor runs very smooth and my butt dyno tells me it pulls a bit harder. I would need to put it to a stop watch to verify this. Just a quick FYI for all.
That's because the HHV of e85 is way lower than gasoline. Basically the HHV is the amount of heating value, or BTU's you can get out of a given amount of fuel. While e85 may be a bit cheaper, you're technically paying more for less energy.

Not what I meant- lol, I should have said my mileage got better by that much, I was thinking 'it dropped fuel use by 1-3 mpg' meaning I go further for the same price now.

Perhaps because i was Halloween yesterday, i recieved a 9.2/ 100 L gas average roughly 28 mpgish last night going home. 45km traffic ridden ride. im convinced my 2013 f150 lariat dressed up as a prius last night. This morning it was back to 11.8 / 100L.

I have been getting 14.9L/100kms (15.5mpg) with mixed driving with an MBRP catback, 325/70/18 tires, and drop in K&N filter. I installed a K&N Cold Air Intake last night and will see how my fuel economy changes...
I have a Gryphon on its way to my door right now as well, hopefully that will help me a bit
