Sync map update LST_ERR05
I've been working with an excellent Ford CSR on this issue. It took a few calls to get a good agent who didn't transfer me to a dead end. They ended up opening a case for this problem. She has been working with the Ford IVT team to get to the bottom of this. The agent has been checking in with me a few times a day with questions from the IVT team.
I haven't received a final confirmation, but I can state that when I go back to the map download page, I am now served the correct CE file. The contents are completely different from the former CD file. How do you get back to the download page? Find the 'Order Confirmation' email when you requested the map upgrade. In that email, you will see a link to access your download again.
I haven't tried to install the new map yet, I am waiting for the go ahead from Ford.
