Did you see updating software or what ever it says on the top of the screen the whole time?
The first USB I made, it came up with the initial update screen, and then ready to proceed screen, and then the "updating software" appeared at the top of the screen, but then it WENT AWAY after a minute or two! I am not sure if it was still working in the background, but I don't think it was.
So I made a 2nd USB stick, and this time I did a "full format" on it instead of the quick format I had done before, and this time the "updating software" STAYED at the top of the screen the whole (2.5 hours and 2 restarts) it was updating.
So yes, in short, with a good USB stick/install, you should see "updating software" at the top of the screen the whole time it is working (from my experience.)

Thanks, That's what I figured. Mine did the initial update screen, and then ready to proceed screen, and then the "updating software" appeared at the top of the screen, then it also disappeared - so after a hour and a half I figured it wasn't working anymore. I must have a bad stick too, because I did the Quick format & the full format but always had the same result.
I guess it is a good thing I went ahead & ordered the USB from them ...lol
I followed the instructions word for word. My update ran for quite a while with no errors.
I came back about 1h15m later and although it looked like it was done, there was no installation complete message.
I walked away and came back 20 minutes later. Again no change on the screen - it wasn't updating anymore but no installation complete message.
I'm unsure if it completed successfully and the installation complete screen disappeared on its own without me seeing it.
I still have my downloaded files and I can reformat my USB drive and try again but I'm really unsure what state I'm in at this point.

Looks OK. Check the IVSU Versions screen to confirm your map chunk (14G421) and nav voice chunk (14G422) match to this list.

Please correct me if I'm wrong here. I'm missing the nav voice chunk (14G422) and need to run through the update process again. I don't appear to have a 2nd page of files as @EcoPowered11 had. I appreciate your help @UofMEngineer

Yep, looks like it didn’t run that last section of the install.

I performed a full format of the USB stick, put the files back on it, stuck it into the running truck, and it ran the installation process with no questions or prompts as if it had picked up where it left off. About 60-90 minutes later, I finally got the Installation Complete screen and it would appear I have my 2 chunked map and voice files now. Thank you.
