SSM 48935 - 2019 Various Vehicles - Audio Voice Prompt Concerns While Providing Directions
Some 2019 F-150/Ranger/Continental/Edge/Nautilus/Mustang/Fusion/MKZ vehicles may experience voice prompts that skip or have short pauses while directions are being provided. Engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition. Please inform customers that Ford is developing a software fix that is expected in early August. In the interim, let the customer know they can continue to drive the vehicle and schedule a follow-up appointment with the customer for early August 2020. Once the update becomes available, contact the customer and confirm the service appointment is going forward. Monitor OASIS for updates.
Are we assuming the next update that will be released in August for 2019s with v3.3 will be v3.4?

I can't even get my 2019 Lariat to recognize the USB drive. Plug it in and it pops up a couple of windows that say this USB device is not supported.
I have tried formatting the 32GB drive on a Windows PC as FAT32 and EXFAT and as EXFAT on a MAC.
I have a -CC license file. and Sync is v3.3
Not sure what is going on, but certainly no updating.

I successfully updated this morning. It took forever, 2.5 hours, but it did it.
For the folks having usb problems, you might try a "full format" versus a "quick format", and exFat file System with default allocation unit size.
Thank you all, and looking forward to 3.4!
