How long did it take? And can you feel a difference or not yet when I had issues with my buttons on the staring wheel like the volume controls my wheel ( steering wheel) felt like **** afterwards it wasn't tight and I lost most of that rackin pinion steering sorry I don't know how it's spelled correctly

Just had the same thing happen to me, in MPH though. I took a picture of it but I didn't bring it up to the dealer during my recent oil change. I figured they would give me the old "can't reproduce issue" talk.

There is a bulletin put out by Ford to fix this. All you have to do is tell your dealer. They don't have to see the problem. If you said it happened, a diagnostics will prove it, but they have seen the bulletin. They would just fix it. The bulletin came out Dec 16th, 2015.

I think it would be worth it to take it in. Mine only did it once, but they had to have both key fobs to reprogram them for some reason. sounds expensive out of warranty.there was also a check engine light on. that turned out to be the EVAP line assembly. everything is good now..

Took a couple hours for them swap mine out. Haven't had any issues since. Maybe 10 months?
