Those wheels are exactly (black 2017 Raptor) what I'm adding to mine later this week... Can't wait... the tires I have are Falken Wildpeak's though...based on reviews they're pretty top notch for less than $900 for full set (vs. $1300+ for BFG KO2). I have 100% stock suspension so went with the 285/75/17 size..I was tempted to go 315's but with no level i'm pretty sure it would rub a lot. Love the truck brother!

Considering that two weeks into ownership of my new F150, I had two windows busted out by thieves LOOKING FOR a gun, I think a vehicle that advertises that it DEFINITELY has a gun is going to be an automatic target for theft. It occurred at a movie theater, which is a time when you can basically guarantee that the owner won't come out and catch you doing it. So yea, I'd rather not pay $600 for glass replacement again.

How do you know they were looking for a gun? You catch the perps?

I've had the same sticker for 6 years, 4 on previous truck, and no one has tried to break in. TX thing I guess. Plus if someone broke in I would just file insurance and get everything paid for. Including some glocks that weren't in there lol

What's dumber ?
Putting a sticker on your truck?
Or parking at the same spot your truck got broken into and having it happen again a week later ?

Lol
Please don't take offense!
Was just making a joke

Insurance claims make your insurance more expensive, plus I have a $500 deductible. Texas? Born, raised and never lived anywhere but Texas, sir.

??? Since that didn't happen I'm unclear what you're talking about.... I haven't taken my truck back to that place at all, in fact. I don't need another $600 glass bill.

2016 XLT Sport 4x4 Supercrew cab
I have been reading this thread for weeks trying to decide what and how I wanted to change my wheel and tire setup. So, finally I have purchased a RC 2" leveling kit and plan on installing it myself with the help of my brother. He works at diesel engine shop that mainly works on Sun Belt equipment. There is no floor lift (which would help out greatly), but any other tool we will have access too. We are somewhat both mechanically inclined doing brake jobs, alternator replacements, and other repairs on vehicles. I'm confident that we can do the install, but would appreciate any advice given. I have also ordered Black Rhino Siera 20X9 wheels with a + 12 offset, along with 33X12.50 R20 Nitto Trial Grapplers. Can anyone speak from experience with a similar setup if I will need to do any trimming to eliminate rubbing? I really would like to get away without trimming. Any thoughts or advise would be appreciated. Thanks!

Nah, they hit the front passenger glass, which is laminated glass, so it just cracked. No explosion. So they then hit the rear passenger factory tinted glass, and it exploded into a million pieces .... so two panels I had to buy.
