Thanks... i think i want to replace mine with a 2" to regain some rake. I have 5100s at 2.1 currently. Aren't 2" stock on some models?
I'm not aware of any 150's that are, except maybe the Raptor. That may be 2", and I know are also tapered.
I, myself, am using a 2", in conjunction with 2.5" coilovers, leaving me about 1" of rake.

Thanks for all the feedback!! I did end up going with; Level: 2" Rough Country Loaded Struts, N3 Shocks (0"-3") in Rear Rims: 20x9, +20mm, Fuel Hostage D625 Tires: 285/60/20 (33.7"x11.2") Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLTs
Still has about 3/4" rake to it, but that works for me!
Its rides a tad stiffer of course with the new setup, but I love it!
With all this talk of rear blocks, are any of you guys (I know Apples does) using the Roadmaster Active Suspension system to help with mitigating squat, adding rake, and improving rear stability? It seems like it does all 3 of these things to a degree.

I've thought about it a bit, and if I actually did things like Chris does, it would be a great addition. As it is, the biggest load my 150 sees is a grocery load, and that is rather rare as well. I have very good stability and handling for what is, Fox 2.0, and a 2" block, if it actually carried much that would make it look like a dog dragging its butt, doesn't take much with a 150, I'd likely have the RAS as well. I like the idea of the adjustability and ease of use/install.
Hey! Yes, the Roadmaster setup is a good one, but you can only get MAYBE 3/4 - 7/8" out of it.
At least that's my case... but I also keep +/-350 lbs in the bed at all times.
I thinking of adding a 1" block... hoping to score someone's factory (1-1/4? is it?) blocks and u-bolts for cheap, in case my yet-to-be-finished tiny camp trailer's tongue weight is too much for the existing setup (rake-wise).
My truck's a 5.0 California-style 2WD, so it has no rear blocks...
Gotcha, thanks for responding. 3/4 sounds good enough to me when combined with the other benefits. We'll see how bad I need it after a couple camping trips.
Installed the 6112s on one side tonight after the baby fell asleep. Can you guess which side??
Also took off my air dam, cause it was beat to sh*t, and simply bent the 3 plastic retainers up. Need some trim plugs for the holes now.
Forgot to mention since it was late - I had to completely remove the IWE actuator from the hub, and totally clean out the hub, IWE and CV, then repack with axle grease. I did this because dirt got absolutely everywhere.
The other side is getting thoroughly sprayed down with the wheel off, scrubbed, scoured and rinsed and dried before I begin. I can't believe folks don't mention this in the DIY videos.
