I actually confirmed with my dealership / aftermarket shop that they did install the wrong offset.....these wheels are the +18mm, but I had ordered -12mm.
They are working to get the correct ones ordered and will swap them out. You are right, I was expecting more clearance, and this will give me about an extra inch of offset to push them out further from the axle.
Icon delta joint here. If you go with Icon, make sure you apply grease to the face of the bushings.
why did some of y’all go Delta joint vs uniball? If I’m saying that correct. Some are greasable and others are not? Definitely don’t want any squeaking.
I just got my F150 all set up, thanks to this thread. When I started, the front end was 4" lower than the rear. I put a Fab Fours grumper on the front, a Tyger bumper on the back, a 2.5" front lift strut spacer, and then capped it off with Fuel rims and 275/65R20 Toyo Terra Grappler G2's. I think the extreme rake came from the regular cab/ long bed configuration combined with the max payload package that I got as an option. It still has a 1.5" rake, which is just what I want.
Very far down a rabbit hole and looking for some advice...
16 2.7L SCREW Lariat. 2.5" of rake on the front. I am going to be keeping with stock tires at least for a while.
Originally I was thinking RC 2" strut extensions but am concerned about the rougher ride (thoughts on this?). Now I am considering struts for the front. I want a kit that just does the front. The truck is already 6'4" and I do occasionally park in garages so I do not want it any higher at this point in time ( I know if I increase tire size this will change)
3 strut options I am looking at, pro's, cons, good, bad and ugly?
I just yesterday installed the Ranchos on the front, got a full 2.5 inches of lift. I think the RC's advertise a 2"? The Bilsteins are a great product, but you have to disassemble your OEM shocks, and reuse everything but the shock, think safety and labor.
Assembled coilovers are much easier to install.
As far as spacers, I've never had any yet that affected anything but height, and they're a lot less $$$ than coilovers.

Thanks for the info, I am going to have a shop install it.
It sounds like you have had good luck with spacers, not a much rougher ride ect, is that correct?

Are the Rancho's adjustable?
I can honestly say that the ride was never affected.
The Rancho's are not adjustable as far as height, they are adjustable as far as dampening. Mine right now are set on the lowest setting, and it rides every bit as good as the Bilsteins set at the next to lowest setting. Maybe today I'll turn them up all the way and see. I've read that the adjustments don't do much, but we'll see.

For those still wondering and are on the border for level kits size this was just finished today @ 1,375 miles. Photos are aligned parallel with the center wheel hubs for an accurate view;
