They also ride like ****. Lol. Overpriced junky toys. I had 3 JK's and will never do it again. Any lift at all and trying to drive over 50mph means you have to suddenly slam on the brakes to keep from dying. Huge difference between a $65k crew cab F-150 and a $30k Jeep that should only be priced at $10k in comparison.

OK, I am in the process of dry fitting and the width of the bed seems to be fine. I bolted the rails on and snapped the cover in place. The length seems to be the issue. At this point I know the rails will need to be cut down in length a bit. Did you guys have to mod at all? I have a drop in plastic for bedliner and I figure if I have to cut the rail length anyway I wont worry about notching the bedliner.

Thanks,
Mike

Confirmed my Bakflip F1 from my 2013 F150 shortbed fits my 2015 F150 shortbed. All that was needed was to notch the bedliner (like normal) and cutoff approx 1/4-5/16" on each rail. Your mileage may vary on the amount you reduce your rails but mine sit just behind the body line. Everything fits great!

This forum just saved me $$

One thing that i tried today, I had this on the 2010 gm I had also, if you turn the key all the way to start, you can let it go as soon as you make it to the end of its travel, no need to keep the key cranked till the engine starts. The computer takes over and finishes the job. I imagine this is not only on the 2015-2016, but I never had an older one to try it on.

I believe there is a governor at around 100mph.

Hello all, just purchased a '16 XLT. I read the entire thread, and remember someone mentioning a button in the bed for the LED bed lighting. I can't seem to find it, can someone take a picture for me? I have the plastic bed liner in, is it behind one of the 40+ rubber plugs installed? Thanks in advanced!!

Should be about 4" or so directly below the driver side light. It looks like a rubber plug itself. There is a slight bump on the plug in the center where the actual switch is. I believe you can also turn them on with the cargo light switch in the cab.
