Would think that was the case but you never know. Funny how something as relatively complex as the keyless FOB/system can be engineered so well to work and yet they mucked up the 2015 cooling seat backs all to h***....especially as the earlier years performed great, even in our Arizona heat.....go figure

The doors will not unlock unless someone has a key fob outside near the door. Same for the tailgate if the truck is locked. I leave my keys in the truck and lock it with the keypad on the door. It doesn't unlock by me touching the door handle. I have to enter the code.

I'm not sure what purpose it serves showing the compass (when you're not using Nav). Sometimes I don't want to use Nav but would still like to learn the city and seeing a map without having to look at the 8" screen would have been nice.
I agree the older sync did this. You can have the full map or half map and radio+phone info ...

I just discovered yesterday that on the nav screen (KR) if you touch the checkered flag, the one that tells you how many hours you have left on the drive, it will show you the actual time of arrival to your destination and is corrected for time change.

I noticed yesterday while pulling a trailer that when pulling the trailer the "one touch blinker" blinks five times instead of the normal 3 times.

Hey guys,

If you're gonna sleep inside your truck, with the doors locked, make sure you turn off the internal motion alarm or you're gonna wake everyone up when you move around in the cab.

Ok new to this forum and will likely be obvious by my question. Early in this tread's life, someone asked to make this tread a sticky. What's a sticky?

Thanks.

It gets posted near the top of the link page and does not move even if no post are made for awhile. That way it is always near the top of the subject page. It is to make it easy to find when looking through all the post subjects.

I discovered today how easy it is to add/install the Vehicle Security System - Ford Perimeter Plus Part No. FS7Z-19A361-A, to our trucks. Cost was $176 at Tasca. https://www.f150forum.com/f118/vehic...cation-303794/
