You cannot update from 2.0, only 1.0 or 1.1.

I have nav, not sure if you do, but I have gone from 2.0 to 2.2.

I have the navigation too. I updated my 2017 from 2.0 to 2.2 about 30 minutes ago. Took 20 minutes. No issues...

Although my folder had 5 files in it instead of the 4 that I have been seeing. I did download straight from the Ford FTP site.

Thanks Robry, did my update last night and it worked great. Drove around a little today and love the new AA interface. I specifically bought my 2016 screw without nav knowing someday they were going to do this, and man it just paid off.

Thanks again!!!

This is great that this is a sticky, but with one million posts it's hard to get to the point for a new reader.

I have a 2017.

Can someone summarize how to upgrade and what it will do for me?

Can you add navi with this update?

Thanks!

I have a 2017 as well and both Car Play and Android auto work but very inconsistently. I too want to do this upgrade from 2.0 to 2.2, just worried if I should wait it go ahead and do it.

Is what is out there now the same as what ford will release for the F150"s. Not sure how the process works on doing the upgrade.

Any help is appreciated.
