Default Fuse locations

This is the fuse to get heated mirrors to work with factory wiring. You also need to added the switch in the dash that I also swapped from a wrecked Vehicle

Default Dashboard switch

I swap the circuitboard from a 2018 to 2019 but I had to buy that whole piece but the 2018’s only have the 4 inch display so I swapped it to the 2019 with the 8 inch display

If your vehicle came with the aat sensor in the passenger side mirror, it should be removed from the old mirror and installed somewhere on the new mirror, if it didnt come with it there... then dont worry bout it.

I have it on my vehicle and not installing it would have caused a check engine light to come up on the dash and supposedly cause inside heating temp issues... so I was told.
I didnt want to risk it so I pinned it to the new mirror on the passenger side, stuffed it into an empty void, mounted the mirror... and bam... all good

Have a 2018 XLT without heated mirrors. Looking to add heated tow mirrors. Have 8 pin connectors and no switch on dash for rear window defroster. Also, checked fuse 93 and 99 and do not see pins in the fuse box. Found the correct bezel to install on the dash but I'm assuming that will not work without the fuse. Please help with my options. Will adding the toggle switch to the brown wire still work if I'm not able to install a fuse in the box?

Default Add

I had to add a new fuse box under the hood that had the correct fuses and add the bezel switch to get them to work. Did some forscan before I had the fuse box I don’t know if that helps or not though but I turned on what I think was heated mirrors within forscan

Well I just checked my fuse box, and no contacts there for the heated mirrors.

Time to go hunt eBay for some parts it seems

@dave-p Did you find the fuse box? How do you know which one will have the pins?
