Default adding cameras?

All i have is a rear camera. I was riding in a friend's raptor and he has this overhead view, front camera etc...

My truck does have the 8" sync3 setup, is there any way to add the extra cameras and get the same functionality?

I man I work with was just complaining about this last week. He has 2018 F250 Lariat (did I spell that right). He told me the red one he drove had front, rear and 5th wheel hitch camera. The brown one he bought had rear and 5th wheel camera. He bought after market front camera. Screen sits on his dash, about two inch. I could ask him tomorrow.

Well I'd really rather have it on the Sync3 screen if that is at all possible, but yeah any info would be great.

I did a forum search for cameras and a lot of threads came up that didn't help too much on what exactly I am trying to do, I will keep searching but if anyone can link that would help.

Telling people to search seldom does anybody any good. Then when somebody else searches and comes up with this thread, there is just another dead end, perpetuating the inability to search successfully . Post a link or keep quiet!

OP: This thread may be what you are looking for. It is 83 pages long but has a happy ending. Cost is ~$600. Adds 2 side cams that activate when you put the turn signal on, front comes on when going below 10 mph.

Yeah I am a moderator on a forum that has about 1,000 posts per hour and this so true.

Thanks for the link, this sounds awesome and I would definitely pay $600 for all of that.

KB took care of ya.
I added the front and side cameras. They all come into play every day in my case. The front camera is especially helpful when pulling into my garage. Side cameras are extremely helpful when driving on crowded multilane highway’s/interstates.

Husker: Followed your journey in getting things to work out on the 3 cam camerasource system. CameraSource is a sponsor here on the forum and seems quite responsive. . I still haven't decided if I want to install the setup myself or not. Maybe if there was a coupon or a discount it would push me over the edge. Haven't seen the complete details of how much work it would be. Another alternative is the giant folding aftermarket towing mirrors (this thread) for about the same price. Maybe belt and suspenders and do both!
