I think you have to buy the grill that will accept the camera too. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

 

I think they have a camera mount for non-camera grills.

 

Well I do work sales, so if I get a big *** unexpected commission I'd do it, otherwise probably put this on the back burner and just turn my head when turning...

 

Here is a version on evilbay that is for sync ver 2.1 at $629... Don't know if you can update sync to a newer version and be successful...


I am wondering if the CameraSource one for $900 will work when the Sync 3 ver 3.0 is successfully out? Or are you stuck with the ver you had forever?


A preview version Sync 3 ver 3.0 was out but it had errors apparently so everybody who jumped the gun backdated to 2.2 or 2.3

 

my sync version is 2.3

I think theirs probably doesn't work on 3.

 

yeah I would hate to install it and then not be able to update Sync

 

If you decide you want to go the OEM route I have a set of lariat mirrors with the camera in them for sale.
