HD Payload is late availability, I doubt you see anything until closer to the new year, maybe even after.

 

My window sticker showed up this morning, with a build date of 11/9 still in the works. Getting closer!

 

Well thanks to Ford, I got a real update today. The truck has apparently been done since 10/21, but is still sitting in DB. They offered to look into what was taking so long, but said there was nothing on the order indicating it was being held back for any reason. They also said that there was no telling when it would ship out.

At least I got an straight answer from someone today. Not the one I wanted, but I definitely appreciated a no BS assessment of what the status was. Versus an IDK, a shoulder shrug or a "we were expecting it a week ago" answer.

Now to pray it actually arrives before the 12th and doesn't screw up my Line-X appointment. Around here they are ~5 weeks out with scheduling appointments. I really don't want to wait until 2016 to get a bed liner sprayed in...

My truck was built 10/26 and dealer called and said ETA 11/6 (FRIDAY!!) But said that it may not be ready til Sat or Monday. Hoping to post pics next week!!!

 

I pulled the trigger and ordered my 2016 f150 king ranch. I was just ready to be done with it. Emailed 7 dealers and said give me your best price. Most came back at either invoice+ttl or xplan (from mustang club of america.) I then asked for Out the door pricing. I pretty much settled at the following (see attached):

MSRP 65,265
Invoice: 60319
Xplan: 59454
OTD with fees and TTL: 62,500

Most emails back were around 63-64K OTD including fees and TTL.

Can you believe I just ordered a truck that cost that much? A pickup truck? Looked amazing though. Hope the 2016 lives up to things more than 2015 (which is now way cheaper to purchase.)

THANKS!!! Im hoping so. Will check in with Chad tonight to see if its "en route". I asked the dealer about what promos/rebates they are stacking and he said point blank "I don't know-- I haven't sold a '16 yet!!" They haven't had one hit the lot yet. He's already marked a folder for it that says SOLD. So as soon as i get the thing and sign the deal I will post (with Pics of course!!!) Hoping that the college incentive stacks with the IUPA rebate... some ford cash would be nice too. I still have 'til Feb on a lease but they had a 6 month buyout when I ordered in Sept so hoping that will work in my favor too. Just a bit sad that I didn't get my brochure yet-- was hoping for a coupon there too. Will keep you posted!!! Now to start ordering stuff to put on the baby!!
