I live in the Cayman Island and ordered through our local Ford dealer but have no info yet. I don't think COTUS or ETIS will work for me because its an export model

Super Crew here as well in Platinum trim.

The only trim level that is late availability (in Canada anyway) is the Limited. And that is a Screw.

Yep Super Crew here (though apparently it is known as the "Crew Cab", that's what my dealer told me).

I had another dealer tell me they couldn't order yet before I ordered from my current dealer. I'm not sure if some dealers aren't allowed to order and others are, or what. I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I ordered from a dealer who would order it then anyways.

Only 10 days until they start building the 2016's. Would anyone post their "Vehicle Order Confirmation". Has anyone received a D.O.R.A. from Ford? What Priority codes are people getting?

I posted in the order guide thread when I saw your post, but good question. I'll update my original post in here. I received priority code 10.

My order preview sheet say Priority Code is 19. No vin yet that sheet was sent to me on 9/14 but no idea when dealer put the order in.
