get your dealer to give you your order confirmation sheet, then contact Fordservice via PM on this site. Not many of us have gotten COTUS to work.

Bug your dealer, they should have VIN by now. I got my VIN today, but only after asking. My order was submitted March 7th. Pretty much same truck as you except I got screw.
