Who is Chad and how do I get a hold of him? I ordered 12/21. Still no vin. Just trying to set my expectations correct. Hoping for mid feb, starting to doubt it. Will be hard to see people driving 16s around that they bought on the lot...

Is it that Cotus just does not work anymore? Have had a VIN for a month now and have never been able to get Cotus to work. Glad ya'll are there!

COTUS is a BETA program, and no it doesn't work. Best to check with your dealer or Ford Service for updates. I could never track my 2016 Mustang and others have had the same issue with their orders.
