Anyway, I got about 700 under invoice before rebates so I really didn't get the great deals others are getting, but I got it lower than the dealers I was talking to wanted. That being said, should I have continued to push? Also, I'm trying to get an idea of when to expect delivery. With it being a sport, I know production won't happen until at least January (I'm predicting mid January based on what I'm seeing from others). So say it's built in mid January, what am I looking at? Mid Feb, Mid March? Later? I live in KC and I'm assuming it will be built in KC so maybe that will speed things up? Hopefully I'll have more info soon!
Mine was order 10/9, built 11/2, delivered 12/7. I'd say end of February is most likely.

Congrats on your new truck. You're gonna love it. But I gotta ask how you got the Lariat Supercrew $500. I never heard of that. I only got my truck two weeks ago and nothing was offered.

THEN he tried to sell me the warranty. I pulled up Lombard and told them that what I could get it for online plus Lombard had a black Friday deal that I emailed about and Lombard had said that since I emailed they would honor it because I couldn't buy until my truck was delivered-- so got 7 years, 125k miles for $2230. He did suggest the tire warranty and hubby bit-- $455 for 7 years.

Then they BEAT my credit union financing. Capital One.

Not sure HOW they made money. All he kept saying about the deal was "boy, someone screwed up" but he wanted to make it all right.

I'm a happy girl!!!
Congratulations! I know you have been through quite an ordeal waiting for your truck, so now you can take a deep breath and enjoy it now. Awesome deal too. Very happy for you! Looking forward to seeing all those mods you've been stashing away.

I really didn't ask a lot of questions. When they offered I shook
My head like I kniew it. May be a dealer incentive?? Sorry-- I just don't know! BUT under incentives on ford site when you enter you build to 4wd superCrew it does show as a $500 rebate so I 'assumed' this was it????

It's alive. It's ALIVE!!

So glad to see this pic!! Congrats.

I have to ask, what is Lombard? I was interested in an extended warranty but after my shorter process than you but useless dealer I just wanted the truck.

Thanks

Google Flood ford and Lombard ford--- both dealerships that sell Ford warranties--- found on a thread here--- Good info and if your dealership won't beat it-- they will.. and if out of state-- no tax (thats the only downside I took but it was nice to one stop shop).

Lombard gave me a $220 coupon so I think that brought it to Flood's rate.... so basically the same.

So the rebates today are this:
Police OR college: $500 (I have both both only 1 counts)
My COUPON!!: $1000
Competitive lease: $500 (I have an Acadia on lease that is due to expire in Feb)
Lariat supercrew ford credit: $500

SO $2500 AND I have a $250 coupon to use their financing........

Bottom line is 1K under invoice and $2750 in rebates!! Not too shabby!!!! PICS TO COME!!!!

Congratulations!!! You deserve it as long as you have waited. A lot more patience than the rest of us.

Got mine in Friday. $500 under invoice plus $500 CB and $1500 loyalty voucher. Not as good as some deals, but I like the dealer so I have stuck with him for the last 5 vehicles.
